EduCam Terms & Conditions

Welcome to EduCam – Your Digital Library for Learning. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of EduCam, a platform developed and operated by Spektralsoft to enhance digital learning in Cameroon. By accessing or using EduCam, you agree to comply with these terms.

  1. Account Registration and Usage

    • Only teachers can create accounts on EduCam.
    • By signing up, you agree to provide accurate information.
    • Your profile (excluding email and password) is publicly accessible.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  2. Lesson Creation and Content Ownership

    • Teachers can create lessons with or without signing up.
    • Lessons created without signing up cannot be modified or deleted.
    • By publishing lessons, you grant EduCam a non-exclusive right to display them on the platform.
    • EduCam reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

  3. User Responsibilities

    • Users must not post or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
    • Users must respect intellectual property rights and not upload copyrighted materials without permission.
    • Any misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination of access.

  4. Security and Privacy

    • EduCam uses security measures to protect user data.
    • Users are responsible for safeguarding their own login credentials.
    • EduCam will not be liable for unauthorized access to user accounts.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    • EduCam provides learning materials on an "as-is" basis with no warranties.
    • EduCam is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in user-generated content.
    • Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

  6. Changes to Terms

    • EduCam reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
